Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy is part of our terms of use and explains how Catch the Dream Foundation (“CTD”), through its website www.catchthedream.org (the “site”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information that you provide through our site that personally identifies you. Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to this privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, or that is provided to us by third parties who have your permission to share it. Personal information can include but is not limited to your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit or debit card number, and may also include personal preferences selected from our site. We may also receive information from other sites in order to process a donation from you, or to contact you concerning a request you have made.

Each time you visit our site, our server will record your server address, your domain name, your browser type, your platform, the date and time of visit, and the titles of the pages you view. This information is used for statistical purposes, to evaluate traffic patterns, and to evaluate and improve the functionality of the site.
We use information that personally identifies you to process your donation, to respond to requests for information, to send you newsletters and other information, to contact you about events, and to improve our site. We do not share your personal information with other companies except those performing services for CTD. For example, we may hold an event which would require us to share your address with a company hired for an event-related activity,
such as the preparation of a mailing. Similarly, a credit or debit card number would be shared with a credit card processing company. We may also share your personally identifying information to: a) comply with legal requirements, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order; b) protect our rights, reputation, and personal safety and property, as well as those of our users, affiliates and the public; and c) apply and enforce our terms of use and privacy policy.
